ASTHMA-BRONCHIT

ASTHMA-BRONCHIT

If people's airways become susceptible to allergens such as house dusts, mites, pollen, molds, animal hair, cigarette smoke, perfume, air pollution, hot and cold air changes and infections, a mucosal edema and a sticky substance, mucus secretion occurs against them. The mucus is secreted in next contact, spasm develops in bronchial duct. Due to the constricted airways, the ventilation of the breathing air becomes difficult and the duration of breathing expands. Sounds like a whistling sound. Due to the narrowing of the airways, the disease is characterized by shortness of breath. The disease is seen in crises. During the crisis, there are complaints such as shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing, sputum production.

The first cause in asthma is allergic substances.

Mites fed with human skin rash in bed are the most common allergens. However, in most cases, allergen can not be detected.

The second reason is that the immune system becomes inadequate due to hidden food intolerances.

Diagnosis: Physical examination, pulmonary function tests, pulmonary radiography, CT, sputum culture, sedimentation and hemogram. Allergy tests can be useful.

Treatment: To relieve bronchial spasm at the time of crisis, AminoCardol amp. IV, atropine to reduce parasympathetic activity, ephedrine to increase sympathetic activity, adrenaline, and cortisone to support the immune system.

In ideal treatment;

* First of all, allergen substances should be determined by testing.

Afterwards, allergen residues and effects should be removed using a mixture made from allergenic substances (eg household dust, environmental pollution, etc.).

The main allergen causing food intolerance should be determined according to the test result. Food should be removed from the diet. The harmful effects of these foods on the body's immune system should be eliminated.

• It is aimed that the patient should continue his / her life without using any medicine.
